These terms apply when you use auntielynscreations.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. The site is operated by Auntie Lyn's Creations.

Our products

Every item is handmade in small batches, so colours, fabric placement and finishes may vary slightly from the photos. These small differences are part of handmade products and aren't faults.

Product safety

Our products are made for babies and should always be used under adult supervision. Check items such as teethers, taggies and knits before each use, and stop using any item that shows wear or damage. Follow the care instructions on each product page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your card details.

We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

You'll receive an email confirmation after placing an order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or we can't verify payment, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Shipping and returns

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text and branding on this site belong to Auntie Lyn's Creations. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using our website or products.
